Four rooms.
Six disciplines.

Model: explain the system and identify what can fail.
Rehearse: walk the procedure slowly with an instructor or simulator.
Degrade: remove one reliable cue or introduce one bounded fault.
Pair: add crew communication and independent cross-checks.
Recover: stabilize, rescue, or return without hero behavior.
Abort: demonstrate that stopping can be the correct successful outcome.
Debrief: account for evidence, misses, assumptions, and changed rules.

The Academy is where knowledge is made operational. Four practice rooms test six disciplines by changing representation, degrading signal, adding pressure, and requiring the learner to explain what survived: what was perceived, what changed, what can be inferred, and what should happen next.
